The Learning Leaders Conversation Study explores the conversations learning leaders are having with stakeholders and the challenges, tensions and behaviours that shape those conversations.

Participation in the Learning Leaders Conversation Study may involve a discovery
conversation, a personalised simulated conversation and a subsequent reflection conversation.
Information shared during these stages is treated separately from information collected through the website and newsletter.

how information associated with participation is used and handled is discussed with participants as part of the participation process.
Insights from the study may be used to identify broader themes and patterns and may contribute to reports, articles, presentations and other study outputs.
Study insights are anonymised unless permission has been specifically given to identify a participant or organisation.
We use trusted service providers to operate the Learning Leaders Conversation Study
website and associated communications.
These currently include:
• Webflow – website hosting and content management;
• Beehiiv – newsletter subscriptions and distribution; and
• Vimeo – hosting videos displayed on the website.
These services are used for the operation of the website and associated communications.
They are separate from the information gathered through participation in the Learning Leaders Conversation Study.
Where service providers process personal information on our behalf, we expect them to handle that information appropriately and in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
