Organisational transformation

Three steps,
start to finish

01
Discovery Conversation
A short conversation to understand context, explore the high-stakes conversations being navigated and identify a scenario that matters.

The output of this conversation is a personalised stakeholder simulation based on real organisational challenges rather than a generic scenario.
02
Simulation Experience
Participate in an AI-powered stakeholder conversation designed around the themes surfaced during the discovery discussion.
03
Reflection
Explore the experience, the conversation that unfolded, and what happened when ideas  were put into practice.

Commitment Required

Approximately 60–90 minutes in total.
The simulation itself typically lasts around 10–15 minutes.
No preparation required ahead of participation.
Study insights are anonymised unless permission has been given to identify a participant or organisation.

COACHING REFLECTION

0:00 0:00
Which version of your stakeholder are you preparing for?
01
Supportive
02
Sceptical
03
Distracted
04
Under pressure
You have to be prepared for whichever version of your stakeholder turns up on the day.
The stakeholder you're preparing for isn't always the stakeholder who walks into the room.

The Reflection

Learning leaders often prepare for the conversation they hope to have rather than the conversation they may actually encounter.
Stakeholders arrive with different pressures, priorities, assumptions and emotions that can fundamentally change the dynamics of the discussion.
Part of effective learning leadership is the ability to adapt whilst remaining clear on the outcomes you are trying to achieve.
